Research project into statistical uncertainty analysis and intuitive visualization of simulations with uncertain parameters.
Focus is in applications for axially moving continua. Part of JJ’s thesis project.
Implemented in MATLAB. Currently (2010-09-06) the banichuk_dynamical.m solver is supported in addition to two simple test cases.
The plans are to extend this to cover some other solvers by the FSI team, and eventually into sensitivity analysis.

Currently (2010-09-06) requires a modified version of Botev’s kernel density estimator (supplied here), matlab-incantations and ImageMagick.
